1.) explain why the Shiites were killed by soldiers in revenge attacks at three different locations after the army chief had passed through the highway by troops reinforcements

2.) why was their center burnt down and raided for days which amount to hundreds killed

3.) why was the leader's wife and son shot? is that minimum force too?

4.) why should the military arrest the cleric

5.) is the punishment for blocking roads death?

6.) why was the leader's house attacked

7.) is blocking roads worth the lives of people

8.) where is the NTA and AIT videos-we want to see what happened

9.) do you know if the person who allegedly threw a stone, shot or threw a metallic projectile was an alien in the procession trying to hijack it and provoke reaction?

10.) does one person throwing a projectile justify risking the lives of thousands of others in procession?

11.) who did you "negotiate" with

12.) was there a procession leader?

13.) can we hear from the procession leader? and if not, did you "negotiate" with random people numbering thousands?

14.) why didnt you notify the police in a democracy?

15.) will you apply the same force at christians and Sunni Muslims who block roads for their religious ceremonies?

16.) was any soldier injured or dead? why was the casualties on one side with your minimum force if those people were "armed"?

17.) did you recover any weapons from the dead or the house and islamic center raided?

I believe the visit by brutai was delibrately prepare to attack shai protester.

Exactly! And by the way,i have a message for the useless coward called nigeria army...you see,if you use your power to unjustly maltreat/kill innocent & unarmmed civilian/people,you will not be able to use that same power to defeat a formidable forces with arms(e.g nd militant,'bokoharam' etc)

That is the basic secret of wielding power, you dont use it to bully the weak...cos that is why some mighty military forces(both zionist usa & israhell/nato) fail to win against less formidable forces(e.g hezbollah, the vietcong etc).
That is why this cowardly nigeria army have been battling 'bokoharam' without a clear victory.

A word is enough for the wise.

In security review, minimum force is a force that commiserate with the threat on ground, so we should ask ourselves what was the threat on ground? You can't fire at someone who carried stick to attack you that isn't a minimum force, even a group of protesters who has not really exhibit any tendency of graduating into violence, you all will likely recall that these same set of people were killed last year when they were having their procession. Come to think of it what they are commemorating didn't even happen in Nigeria, it happened in Iraq. Muslim leaders should call their followers to order as the country is experiencing insecurity and what ever may constitute threat to our internal security shouldn't be allowed. Islam is peace.

Call it whatever you want to call it . Abuse of human rights or injustice or whatever you want to use to define it....na oyo! The COAS is one of the most important guest and chief host at the POP in Depot NA Zaria. On a day like this all roads leads to Zaria,Depot NA. So why should any group choose to block a federal highway? For what? Who are they? Ten times the NA should gun them down. A threat on the life of the COAS is a threat to the Presidency. An attack on the COAS is an attack on the entire NA. That you blocked the highway for a stupid procession that adds no value on our national life and economy was not enough and you went ahead to attack the convoy of the COAS on national duty is a great offence. You asked for it and so you deserve it. When next you choose to flex muscles choose your battle well and your weapons well too.

Make we hear word! The Nigerian military wants to pass a road, and a sane person or group of people would say the military should not pass. Who born you? Only lunatics would do such, and in this day and age when the military is on edge all over the world all because of u guys, na fierce response be the way.

He who does anyhow would see anyhow.

Nigerian army were plainly unprofessional in handling this matter with the Shiite sect. If that is the way they have been handling Boko Haram, it means that insurgency may not stop in 2030.
Grow up and take responsibility for massacring innocent citizens instead of claiming that they wanted to assassinate the COAS.

Don't let us be one sided in our thoughts.
we all complained abt the number of casualties. Lets see it from this angle. A normal citizen of Nigeria is not permitted to carry fire arms. Independent report said those guys were with fire arms. Whether superior or inferior.
even engaging on any public meeting or gathering, u are meant to inform the police and maybe have their presence on ground.
Federal Road safety and NSCDC men are supposed to be on ground to ease traffic movement.
Am sure if the Nigeria Army saw these paramilitaries on ground, it would have been a different case.
Now put urself in the shoe of a soldier that just left Borno. What will be ur thoughts seeing people that calls themselves civilian but with fire arms blocking roads? Am sure ur guess is as good as mine.
If anyone has witnessed the way guys there do their things, u will fear.
Lets even take it in this line, assuming this Shiite guys met some other Muslims with different beliefs and a fight ensued, don't u think there will be more casualties?
I think we should be more law abiding and take some safety measures before organizing events.
