Lol....Many didn't even bother to peruse and digest the news. His case was withdrawn at the magistrate level to be taken to high court that has jurisdiction on matters concerning terrorism. For the people rejoicing, your reaction should actually be the opposite as Kanu's problems just doubled. Did you also notice the DSS has gotten an order to keep him in detention.

This is no news. DSS had dropped these charges at the lower court long ago and refiled the case against him at a higher court where it was granted DSS had powers to hold him for 90 days without bail. His bail application is going to be decided tomorrow.

im very disappointed with the useless Buhari govt. This man deserve life sentence. They are encouraging people to take up arms.

IF THIS GUY DIDNT REPENT, THEN HE WILL LEARN FROM GRAVE...................DSS should stop wasting time on this rat. They should use FBI strategy of removing Tupac. Offer an igbo man 100 million naira to assassinate kanu, consider the job done.

God will always fight for my people. Have u ever asked urself what really is happening in the northern part of nigeria. Don't u think God is fighting for Igbos who were killed during d civil war. I will not lay a curse on them but will always pray that change their heart and forgive them because they don't know what they are doing. Yeah and i guess this is a ploy to warn him..though the case is not entirely dropped as the news read but as i wrote, its a systemic way of saying "Be warned" cos if he continues then the higher court of jurisdiction will certainly take it up and he may be in for it for a very long time.
