No not possible as immediately you click AKWA IBOM, THEN CROSS RIVER, BAYELSA, EDO, DELTA AND RIVERS disappears from your screen

In corroborating DG DTOBS response, ALL FIRST CLASS ARE POSTED TO UNIVERSITIES SINCE THEY ARE NOT USUALLY MUCH, SO DEFINITELY YOU WOULD ALSO BE POSTED TO ANY OF UNIVERSITY, POLYTECHNIC AND COLLEGE OF EDUCATION

OK from B15 observation,

you are likely going to get KANO because
i) choices 2 or 3 were usually given but naturally SOUTHERN based PCMs don't usually go for NORTHERN REGION , thus most of ur colleagues would have selected Lagos too and NYSC has to keep up with the policy of spreading CMs from same skul across all camps, hence ur direct license to KANO


ii) but you could get LAGOS based on (i) above if majority of ur colleagues do not select LAGOS as a choice which is rear because OGUN is close to LAGOS


iii) still base on the rule that CMs from same skul usually get dispatched across all camps, and that a minute PCMs from ur skul actually picked RIVERS, then you will definitely get your 1st choice which is RIVERS and this was exactly the SCENERIO that played out but believe me don't be surprised when you see KANO on ur CALL-UP LETTER since those of you who would pick KANO from ur skul will never be up to 5 except those who would forcefully be posted to KANO owing to the spreading policy

Just apply a similar analysis as above and KANO would still be the destination as some of ur colleagues could choose PLATEAU as a NORTH CENTRAL state rather than going far NORTH


NOTE THAT ALL YOUR COLLEAGUES ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THIS ANALYSIS TOO, SO IT'S ALL ABOUT LUCK BUT PRE-DETERMINED BY THE INITIAL CHOICES MADE
