leave every other field untouched and save..
Launch your simple server and connecct

It will now power the whole system and you don't need to change proxy settings on browsers except IDM thouggh

That setting doesn't affect internet connections. I suggest you troubleshoot your simple server. try it the usual way you are used to and know if it's still working

i'll try it,but the simple server works with firefox,edge,google chrome whenever i use proxy settings in internet explorer.

Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I've not been able to log into Nairaland. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem. Thanks

I upgraded just this Monday past. I have logged into some other websites no problems but with Nairaland when I log in I'm still shown as a guest, At first I thought I was banned but I'm using my tablet now. Download Ccleaner pro version and scan your browsers. it'll clean all junk files including caches and cookies. then check again

Download your display driver and install it. Best way to do it is through windows update. Windows will download the recommended one

Having issues downloading stuff from the microsoft store, it just blanks out and closes. I don't know what the problem is.

I thought Microsoft had already issued a fix for this. I'd suggest you do a system update. If it persists then try this
1. Open the start menu.
2. Type msconfig.
3. Open "msconfig.exe"
4. Select "Normal boot."
5. Restart

my Windows 10 doesn't install,gets to 33% and says "something has happened: windows 10 not installed" .I've used 2 different ISO files now, same thing..it's a Dell vostro 1540 -4gb ram,320gb hdd.solutions please.....

Usually caused by antivirus. Uninstall your antivirus and try again

My guy its definitely an app that blocking the update. Make sure you've removed all antiviruses then do a clean boot.
To do a clean boot, follow this

1) Click the START button.

2) Type in msconfig into the Search and open it.

3) Dot the circle in front of Selective startup (if it's not dotted already)

4) Click the Services tab.

5)Check the "Hide all Microsoft Services" box then Click Disable all.

6)Click the Startup tab and open task manager then disable all as well. Close task manager

5) Click APPLY then OK and reboot your computer when prompted. When your computer reboots, do not enable anything if you are asked.

Now try updating it. Also make sure you are using CD to update

Since I work for clients, I downloaded all versions in one HERE

But you can download only enterprise HERE (I haven't tested it tho)
