Op its too early to start this criticsm... Prosecutors must follow the rule of law and Dasuki is entitled to bail. The case continues and we await the final judgement.
Which rule of law are you talking about? The one efcc and dss have failed to follow cos they are above the law or which one?

I remember tompolo saying there is a case between him and efcc in court yet they failed to turn up and the case adjourned yet they still invite him.... Invite him for what? After taking him to court what are they still inviting him for again?

Rubbish country, there is nothing like rule of law here..

Mr, Dont be clever by half. Dont try to run away. I asked a simple question: what is the relationship between security vehicle provision and the NSA office? Are they the ones to be saddled with the responsibility of providing security vehicles and security personnel? Are they NA, DSS or NPF? Who doesn't know they are all in different departments?!

LOL!! @OP I guess when Dasuki ends up back in court and then finally in jail, your story will change again. No escape for Dasuki! This SUV story doesn't hold water, you know it, I know it

Corruption is like a canal, as long as the water keeps flowing it, no community, town or state dat it passes will deny its existence...

Seems you don't understand what I meant. Well, you support and belief in PMB, which is okay and your right which you are entitled to, but your belief in him seems to becloud your sense of reasoning whenever PMB is not getting it right.
During haliburton case, immediately Aisha's name was mentioned, the case died automatically and now that Buhari's name is mentioned in this case, things are cooling down.

I just hope you wake up brother.
And you think PMB is foolish enough to arrest Dasuki and make his confessions public when PMB himself is a supposed beneficiary of Dasuki's largesse?

Why would he knowingly incriminate himself?

The 2 armored SUVs PMB received from the NSA are his constitutional endowments as a former HOS. The ONSA is the only agency that licenses tbe usage of armored vehicles in Nigeria.

And the issue of bail is the right of every suspect. It doesn't mean the case is over, it just means it's about to begin.

I don't.

You relish these baseless accusations against Buhari because of your disdain and resentments to him. On the other hand, I chose to give him a benefit of the doubt because I have a little understanding of how political intrigues play out (for or against key persons).

Neither of us has basis for our sentiments, but you stand on your high horse to judge me? Guy it's either both of us are sleeping or both of us are awake. It's your call Mr judge.

Mr, stop using that line on people. It won't work anymore. APC and buhari promised change and battle against corruption. D
Is this the change they promised or do yyou judge this as the right way to fight corruption?
Please let's be careful when passing hasty judgement on others just because of some sensation we get from headliners.

So when you hear people wailing for nothing, don't take them seriously.

There was a country called zoo where you are promised that corruption will be fought but the corruption fighters are corruption themselves. AFiC..., 'changi'

Firstly, I support PMB and his fight against corruption but "He who goes to equity must come with clean heads".
Secondly, far it be from me that I Judge you.
Thirdly, brother...let's reason the situation, Dasuki has been mentioning names and you never said we have no basis for our sentiments when we clamor for their arrest and persecution, now PMB's name was mentioned and all of a sudden things are taking a different dimension. This is the man that the DSS disobeyed a court's order to let him travel on health grounds and you know the rest of the story.
Finally, am fully awake watching as Nigeria is destroying herself.

Brother, Nigerian politicians are more than foolish and the earlier we stop protecting and making excuses for them, the better for Nigeria and Nigerians.

Well read my comment again, I never said the case is over, I simply said since Dasuki mentioned PMB's name...the case is cooling down.

Happy sunday.

Of course they're foolish. But surely no one is this foolish to willingly rope himself into a scandal.

And as for cooling down, there has to be some point where the list of Dasuki's beneficiaries would be exhausted. At least we're at the eve of the trial where the real bread and butter confessions would be exposed.

My brother, don't be so sure...they're foolish enough to rope themselves into any kind of scandal when Naira/Dollar is involved.

Dasuki was in detention because preliminary investigation was going on. Within the legal framework, he met bail conditions. It will be illegal for EFCC to keep him afterwards. So dasuki's release has nothing to do with Buhari's purported complicity in the matter.

I assure you, this case isn't over. In fact, it has just started. Investigations are going on and the world is watching. If Buhari (or anyone else) is found guilty of DELIBERATELY benefitting from the illegal diversion of the arms money, then he should go for it. Gallant soldiers lost their lives because they were ill equipped to fight the terrorists in the North (those that stole the arms money shall be made to pay dearly. No mercy).

Did Jonathan's government buy the Jeeps for Buhari? Yes. I believe so. Was Buhari privy to the allocation from where the money came from? No. I don't think so.

Until a competent investigation proves that Buhari has a hand in the diversion, I won't settle for cheap blackmail. But those who want to lash out their tongues in false testimony could go. TIME WILL TELL.
