@ ManirBK,Please what did you use to hold/attach the SES5 and ABS-3 Ku band lnbs to your 1.8m dish? Thanks.

ManirBK:
I used 1.8m. As u can see on my set up Nss7 is the primary lnb then abs3 and the third one ses 5 all at the right hand side.Firstly just go for ses5 12015v29951 the signal is high.if u need etv from astra4,your ses5 signal must reach 60%.then track abs3 with tp 11151v45001 at the centa between Nss7 and ses5.

if your picture doesn't freeze, then don't stress yourself trying to adjust it,some TP's are like that! Now you've done that, track SES5 as your primary using 12015v299950,get a bindingwire/flexible-wire,attach at the top right corner of your primary, play around it you should hit green.do this then comeback for more!
bro can you show me the picks. Though I HV already track se5 on my star time dish. Just want to know how to track two satellite on one dish. That is my greatest challenge on installation. I my going to put it on top of the abs or leave a liitle distance at the top. Thks in advance.

Sorry bro,i'm not in town but ugotuf has a pic,if you're still new in 2in1 installation,start with 36E & 28.2E (DSTV & MULTITV respectively)i bet that's the easiest to start with,tracking SES5 alone even on a 60cm is difficult!

Hello. Please am located in ASABA,Delta state. I have a 4M fibre dish, is it possible for me to nail nileSat on KU band from my location? What parameters should I apply, please help@Idries and Threshold. Please reply urgently

You should be talking about Hotbird not Nilesat. Nilesat with 4m fiber is bread and butter in Asaba. 3m is already good enough for Nilesat in Asaba.

ABS 3W & Nilesat 7W. Interesting observation. Please if you want to combine these sats with 60cm or 90cm, don't use combined strong, the 2-in-1, I don't mean the 2-way lnb because you will need to bend the top lnb which strong 2-1 won't allow you to. I wasted an hour trying to used 2-in-1 but it frustrated Nilesat's signals, MBC was cracking, BWTV & Aljezera couldn't come up because tweaking wasn't flexible. I decided to swap the top lnb and used cable to tie both lnbs. Tweaking became flexible and I got everything I needed, including BWTV and Aljezera. All stable. Primary is ABS 3W, attached is Nilesat 7w.

track SES5 as primary with 12015v29950,then get a binding-wire/flexiblewire,work around the top right corner of the primary lnb...let me remind you again,PERSEVERANCE &PATIENCE is a key in tracking! Sorry to say,I'm not in town to give you any pic!

MBC on Ses5 is Malawi's MBC, not the premium MBC package on Nilesat 7w.

Okay, that's really cool. I don't know if I can get it in lagos. I would really love to combine EUTELSAT 7A, SES-5 and ABS-3.

They are both located at the WEST (Though SES5 is not "totally" located at the west)i.e the opposite of Multitv, mytv etc so turn your dish around and let it be facing the sky, track SES5 first then comeback for more, goodluck!please be patient while tracking cos hunting that bird for the first time may be a little bit difficult 12015v29950 Modified:I apologise again for not uploading any pic cos i'm not in town, but i think ugotuf and pofolo has some pics uploaded already, just check a few pages back

if you can hit green on 28.2 then you should also hit green on 16A (thats if you're interested)...west is the opposite of east,so that's the back of your current location!

Tell me more about the 7'W......... Cus I tried then to get amos 5 and eutelsat 16, but couldn't hit green. Just a picture and tp's would be enough....... Thanks

The distance could be too much for a 90cm dish. 5east and 7west together on 90cm will be a near miracle.
