The Lord has preserved us to see another Holy Ghost Congress to participate in the blessings that He alone can give. We hereby welcome you to the 2015 Holy Ghost Congress  themed “Floodgates of Heaven”. This year’s theme holds lots of promises for all of us who will participate in all the proceedings and our lives will be imparted in ways we have never imagined.

The great thing about this platform is that we are all sisters on a journey and we can support each other. I am also going through IVF and still have fears just like you but we praise the Most High and in His hands we will be okay.

Hello house,

I'm starting my IVF treatment after battling unexplained infertility for almost two years. I've done 3 rounds of clomid without success and all clomid did to my cycle was to scatter it. Hubby's results are perfectly fine also.

My FS decided not to use puregon or menopur but has placed me on Gonal-F 125 and I'll start the antagonist injection (Cetrotide) on day 7 and the trigger will be ovridel (250ug/500ug). To say I'm scared of the injections is an understatement. Already had my bloods and abdominal scan done and my fertility nurse said my results looked excellent. It's all a bit daunting but with God on our side, all will be well. Really hoping for the best and praying my body system cooperates with the plenty medications.

Hello fruitful mothers...please i just registered here and dis is my 1st post although iv read all 179 pages(kept me busy dis weekend)..i must say iv really been inspired by the touching testimonies on dis forum..iv been ttcing for about 2yrs nw....DH and i hv done basic investigations and evri came fine, was placed on clomid n timed intercourse bt nting hapnd. was adviced to try iui....please has anyone had BFPs from graceland maternity in benin?....we would really appreciate ur prompt responses and suggestions. live in benin

hi, I live in benin, neva heard of graceland. what is their procedure like? do dey wash d sperm? how many inseminations do dey do? how is d gynea,thorough talks n acts professional? is d place neat?
most mama's dat got bfps , did from clinics in lagos . I'll advise u try lag.

Then care women hospital in port Harcourt is 750k ,but don't really know their success rate

sis. is good u ask very well to kw the success rate of any hospital u want to do your procedure. some are out to play wayo,collect money and go but i pray we will not enter into their tent. i did my iui at Regenesis fertility clinic,my dear it was bfn.it was later i heard thier success rate is low.moreover they are too concious of money. u must finish the payment bf anything will be done.the doctor self is not straight forward,he talk" two mouth" i pray God shld direct us to kw the best hospital with good result,because the money is too big to waste without bfn

I hate to bust ur bubble,infertility is not cheap anywhere in d world,be ready to spend like 800k in Naija if u want cheap place and even if u go abroad tkt and hotel etc will still add up,especially now dat dollar rate is haywire,i will personally be afraid of cheap ivf

@shithapuns, I spotted a bit in the cycle I got bfp. Though it stopped but I handed it to God. Just hand it over to God and tell him to take control. I pray it ends in praise for you.

Happy Christmas great mothers and fathers of this thread, please I did not mean to spoil your merriment today, I have been planning how I will
spend this Christmas in a good mood with my family but just few days into Christmas some one I thought was giving me a great support
when I could not conceive have turned out to become my nightmare.
it has gotten to the extent that my husband who has been in a happy mood that we planned how we will enjoy our Christmas together
forgot that today is Christmas the problem has so weigh him down to that extent of forgetting that today is Christmas.

My sister inlaw has been allover me since I got married, she even suggested adoption when I could not conceive after 8 years
at the end it did not work, we did iui 2 times it did not work. so she suggested ivf to I and my husband. which we rally round sold some of my valuables and god help it worked at first try. but this time around we didint tell her that we wanted to start, she was only aware of the iuis that dint work. But I thought my husband have told her that we got pregnant because she was always on phone with him. when the pregnancy
was three months a lady brought problem into my home by sending my husbabd some romantic texts mesages and my husband sudennly changed negatively, the last message I saw on his phone read even if I get pregnant for you I wont abort it I swear. I confronted her cos I know her in person and my husband became very angry. during the scuffle I started spotting later it stoped at the same time my sister inlaw called she said how far? then I replied it is three months old now, she said have you registed for antenatal I said yes
and I told her what am facing because the pregnancy was gradually becoming a bad news to my husband due to the text message saga.

all this while i didnt know that my husbabd did not tell his sister that we have done ivf that resulted to pregnancy.

the problem on ground now is that each time my sister inlaw come to our house she always lament that this child do not look like them
I thought it was a joke, until she came in just last week and asked me if I have not gotten pregnant again and I said no
she now narrated how one of her friend was troubled by the witches ih her husbabd family for 10 years and they used a surrogacy to get their baby she kept saying the child is a replica of the man a photo copy of the daddy she pursed for a while and said but this your baby sef who does she look like is her father an Hausa? and immediately she continued with her gist about her plans to erect a bbusiness because she will soon retire I could no longer talk I didnt no how to caution her because her question was very swift. we went to bed the next very early in the morning she caaled me and told me that my house is too dull, that I dont have modern equipment in my house, I made her to understand that her brother does not have a permanent job he hustles so all the expenses is on me more over I have not recovered from the ivf expenses in the morning she travelled back to her location so I was so upset, confused, tired,
