Oh and you forgot when a man applies for a job he gets fair wages and can easily go up the ladder. When a woman applies for a job she's less likely to get one and if she does she won't get paid the same as the man nor will she be able to advance as easily.

Or if a woman is 40 and unmarried it's cause there's a problem but if a man is 40 and unmarried it's cause he hasn't found what he's looking for yet.

Or apparently if a woman dresses like a queen everyday she's some sort of an escort but obviously a man can do what he pleases cause he's a man.

Or if a woman cannot cook she seems to lack qualities that make her "wifey material" but a man doesn't need to know how to cook because clearly the intake of food for digestion is a role prescribed only to women. We should help yous breathe too.

Or the fact that we women cannot be sexual in anyway. Me talking about having sex with more than one man is shunned upon. But obviously men "the master key" they can ride as many people as they please

Or the fact that some women have to go through treacherous ways to secure their virginity, including sewing their private areas. But men obviously can stick it as they please. Because obviously the loss of virginity is a one way thing.

It is 100% true. Women get paid less than men and don't get to go up the ladder as easily. Even with the same qualifications and degree. It's ridiculous.

No. But a family friend is suing the university here for discrimination. And with all the settlements they've been trying to get her to take it seems like she's going to win.

Right? Was thinking the same thing, she's wrong. Women get more favours than men too, in a vocational setting.

I am not wrong. Women earn 78 cents to every dollar a man earns in the exact same position. Only 29% of top executives ever make it to CEO position because they are women.

iono why some females here don't see that women are different from men.. Some higher than others..

These days,(modern society) women are treated equally now.. Y'all can vote, contest for political positions and stuff like that.. But y'all are never satisfied

But with respect to your premise i think female discrimination is scarcely popular, as a matter of fact an average male employee will receive less favour than a female at a workplace especially under a male employer or boss.

Im not calling my claim a fact but its quite infamous within our professional system.

Why would he receive less favours ? But that in itself is discriminatory and very disturbing. I'm guessing she will receive more favours for more sexual reasons. Not because she works hard and is simply good at her job.

It's ridiculous.

This is why I don't celebrate anything done by a woman once I find out that a man has done it before. It is shameful and disgusting to see guys fawning over the mundane things done by women. So she drew a portrait, played FIFA or played piano; so what?
