If you want to limit the definition of Niger Delta to be Delta, Rivers & Bayelsa then fine but as long as an edo state is currently seen as Niger Delta then Abia state is even more Niger Delta then edo.

BTW, There are Igbos in Delta & Rivers states and Igboland extends into those two states so all in all, Igbos are part and parcel of Niger Delta.
