well,,@dat age,,d level of her breast hormone(progestorone and estrogen) is very low,,,ther r good enhancing creams and breast pills that increase d size wth no side effects,,go to a good pharmacy store or purchase them online,,thou they cld b expensiv,,10-15k,,d creams include:breast actives cream,,triactol serum,,total curve breast cream while the pills are breast activ pills,,total curve pills and triactol pills,,use either pills or creams,,,cheers

what is ur current weight? It is important u don't add weight unnecessarily. Check ur BMI(body mass index) which is weight over d square of ur body height,,,if it falls between 18.5-24.9,,,ur okay,,COMPLAN is good as it helps u to recover nutrition,,but u can try CYPRIGOLD,,DYNAMOGEN or SUPER APETI,,,cheers

Tnx for the reply. I was 69kg, nw I'm 59kg and my current BMI is 19.7. I just wish to be like 64kg for nw. I used DYNAMOGEN sumtym ago bt had to stop as instructed by my doc. Will try COMPLAN in addition to normal meals. Tnx a lot.

try astymin syrup and scotts emulsion(it contains omega3 oil,cod liver oil etc),,that should help

Please i need to know the best drugs to take to curb the effects of sugar in the system,avoid the effects of Pile/Hemorrhoid/Jedi-jedi.

I presently make use of Living bitters to neutralize the sugar effects but i doubt that it works as i still feel uncomfortable sometimes and can't sit straight on an office chair.

I also experience a few of the following:-

trying to lose weight,,u have to play ur own part by jogging or climbing down d stairs 30mins every day,,drink plenty water(2litres daily),,eat vegetables and fruit(oranges,,pineapples,,avocado)etc,,wheat bread,,honey,,,avoid sugary or junk foods,,as u do these u can go for drugs like lipitor(simvastatin),,it would help u
