Danhumprey:People who argue with him do it for entertainment. They know he likes reeling out stats, arguing for has beens and denying the obvious..but the part wey dey mk me dey join u diz days is him argument nor dey ever dey on point nor does he accept at certain points his opponent is right. I saw how tess floored him completely, yet e still wan argue. If a players' goals secures your most defining moments in a season where if not for those goals you would have dropped out of the race, is that player not more important than a fat sod who runs around like a headless chicken all day? Even if the other fat sod amassed 50 goals in a season by scoring 20 in two matches, 10 in one..isn't the one who scored 25 spread across games where he defined the teams title winning chances not better? Now the fat ogre was given the role our master analyst said he had too many competition in and he became one of the worst to ever grace that position. What excuse does he come with? Flops are not helping him. When you even look at him at 30, you can only wonder how somebody can look so stocky and play football..LVG even looks thinner and all he does is sit with belts strapped in on the bench all match |

elampiro:Fact remains that RVP made us win the league title. Yes, we lost matches in 2012/13 season but the moment we got to the top of the league we never came down till the end of the season. Unlike the previous season when we were at the top with 8 points gap only to squander the lead and lose the title. 100 points or what did you type? When we even had a very good team we didn`t garner 100 points. What is the guaranttee that if Rooney was in the Blackburn match we would`ve won when he couldn`t even score to give us a draw against Wigan that had lost all its previous matches to us since their last promotion not to even talk of winning? Do you even remember that it was this same Rooney that Maloney evaded before shooting to score the only goal? It`s now SAF resting Scholes, not Anderson giving us great results with 690mins again. How would we have won the league in the following season when this same Scholes wasn`t there again? |

elampiro:I can see you enjoy 'has been and would have'. Live in the present and it says we're falling down. Your football god Rooney should save the team unless RvP in Turkey and Kagawa in Germany should be blamed. |

Rvp & Kagawa ruined Valencia and co.. Hmmmm.......Elampiro - you are indeed a great analyst!! Btw... I can see that Rooney is inching closer to the 30goals you prophesied at the start of the season. |

At dis point, I think i'd rather see Leicester win the league than any other team. Besides it ll be nice seeing someone other than d regular Top 4 win d league |

tess1: RVP was not involved in goalscoring when we stretched out lead over Man City. It was Rooney who led in goal scoring in the run in to the title. So the argument that when we went on top we didn't come down again is null and void. See the chart below which showed RVP going on a long drought in the run in. He only returned to scoring form on the day we were crowned Champions. RVP scored only 26 goals. His 30 goals at Arsenal only got Arsenal to struggle into top 4. Suarez scored 30 goals with great goals from solo effort sef, yet Liverpool couldn't win the league. RVP is just an opportunist hyena who cope individual stats at the expense of the team. Take for instance, will RVP or Suarez 35 goals win the league for Tottenham or Arsenal in in 2012/13? No. Will RVP or Suarez scoring goals that help Tottenham to win 12 league games win the league in let's say 2012/12? no. RVP walked into a team that was destined to finish with at least 90 points, then his hyena football got us 89 points and it's RVP who won the league. Fallacy! I mentioned Anderson because he and Cleverly started thee league and we were beating everything that came our way from preseason up till they injured together with Jones, Evans, Smalling who set up a formidable defence and midfield with quick feet. We beat Barca, Man City, Tottenham 3-0, Arsenal 8-2, Bolton 5-0, Chelsea 3-1. Injuries ruined the party as defenders and midfielders became injured. Carrick and Fletcher became a defender in some matches, Rooney a midfielder in some. Despite this we finished 89 points while scoring a whopping 89 goals. RVP brought his hyena football, blocked the route to the goal post, monopolized it and rendered our wingers useless - which affected us till date. We were reduced to a team winning only by slim margins.

Tess1 Meanwhile, below attachment is Rooney's goalscoring form when we caught up with Man City, overtook them and extended the lead. Compare it with RVPs scoring form in the run in. on a nervous afternoon against West Harm Rooney delivers a combination of great run and individual brilliance to score a late late winner that sent us further away from City. How can you say RvP kept us on top when he didn't score that period?

GAYNERS SUNDAY LOL!!! “We were a bit unlucky because all the goals were debatable. The first goal was offside, the second goal was a foul and third goal was a goal-kick, so if you’re a bit below par and on top of that you have the first three goals against you in the decision making then it’s even more difficult. But what can I do about it?” “The score looks big but on the other side they won too many challenges for us to win. I believe that it is a difficult place to come. They chose to go very direct, a very physical approach. We lost too many challenges to win the game. Shane Long made the game very physical. He got away with too much. We didn’t play well, I don’t dispute that, but with wrong decisions it is even more difficult to win. Well done to Southampton, decisions maybe went for them because they wanted it more than us.” Arsene 'straw clutching' wenger...football365.com RETURN SHOT FIRED: “Only the first three? He didn’t say anything about the fourth goal? That’s strange, I like to analyse the game and if you lose 4-0 and you talk about the referee it’s not my way to analyse a football game. I think that sometimes it’s very difficult to explain why something happens,” Ronald koeman............football365.com!!! |

Who cares?? Our match vs Leicester(5-3) also had issues with the officiating which cost us d match. Nobody cared back den. So why should we start caring now?? |

I also said Rooney go score at least 20 this season. So sad, only the MLS will pay that kind salary for his recent performance. |
