Good morning house I've been refused an Australian visa thrice so I met this man he works with the Canadian embassy in Abuja like he said he deals with Canadian, USA and Australian work visa. Anyway we talk about getting an Australian work visa, I've been reading about it but the way he explained to me i'm not convinced. He said I will pay him when the visa comes out from Pretoria, that I can verify it at the airport, call the embassy in Pretoria or via VEVO before paying him. All he said he needs to a start is my passport bio data page, two white background passport photographs, then I will go to Australian embassy in Abuja for my biometric before sending. I asked him what about when I'm in Australia what would happen he said they have officials there at the airport that no problem, I asked about PR he said he will link me with someone there that will put me through from Pretoria( I said to myself hmmmm). I'm very confused cause all what he's saying aren't really with what I've been reading online concerning all classes of Australian work visa. Please help oooo cause I don't want to get in there and have problem. Waiting to hear from good and experience people here. Thanks y'all |

I had to go check the filled copy of my form573 again and again to see if error no dey.... anyway goodnews awaits everyone of us, in as mch as am concerned,since I have been following this thread I have always heard 80 percent goodnews on 573 so all my guys and giles make una cool down. Happy new year in advance to everyone on this great platform. I got a conditional offer to study accounting in University of Newcastle.I attempted to make my tuition deposit through GTB on 21st December 2015 but i was told that CBN has closed foreign exchange market transactions for the year and that they will resume on 4th January,2016.I want to know if i can still meet up with February 15th resumption date for my course. I will appreciate a speedy response from the house. |

Hi all, As a family of 5. We are weighing all options to see which will suit us. My profile is thus: Age- 32 ( by may 2016) Education- bsc sociology ( UNIZIK graduated 2006) Got married 2007 and joined my Hubby's biz- Wholesaler ( company is registered). Now ave researched alot for different countries in my quest for a dual citizenship for my 3 children, Australia or Canada has always been my best option and having a large family and needing huge finances, I had to eliminate study route. In my research for Aussie P.R, my occupation is in CSOL list (anzsco code- 133312 ie wholesaler) with vetassess as the assessing body. This is where it gets a bit confusing for me and will need the experts in P.R ( NNBB2012, scrollmeout and others) to help me better understand this details below according to Vetassess; ""This occupation requires a qualification which is assessed as comparable to the educational level of an AQF Bachelor degree or higher degree, in a field highly relevant to the nominated occupation. In addition to this, applicants must have at least one year of post-qualification employment at an appropriate skill level completed in the last five years which is highly relevant to the nominated occupation. If employment is not post-qualification, then five additional years of highly relevant employment are required. If the degree is not in a highly relevant field, three years of employment at an appropriate skill level completed in the last five years in a field which is highly relevant to the nominated occupation is required. This is reduced to two years if there is an additional qualification at least at AQF Diploma level in a highly relevant field. Yes. You can pay your deposit when you receive your conditional offer letter. You can pay your deposit at any point after you have made your application, preferably no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of your programme. but it is advisable to wait, we have cases like that,though your money will be refunded but wot about the bank charges that have been deducted! Forgot to add my DH's profile; Age- 37 Education- OND public administration 2001 Occupation- Self- employed since before he got his OND (wholesaler) We have the same anzsco code but he has more years of experience. I plan taking my PTE-A Feb latest. |

MASMEK2016: Same here, university of Newcastle too, Got the same story from First bank! Immediately I informed the school about the development, but I got a response from the school saying they hv closed for the year, till January 10,2016. For your case, u can't submit your visa application on the 10th of January or earlier because u need your eCoE to take to teleperformance! My advice is that you check for the deadline date for resumption on your offer letter! Mine is 5th of February, I think 25th is still okay for you, you won't hv a problem |

If ur school does SVP (Streamline visa processing) then for sure u will make it provided bank payment don't add more than a week to debit ur account because of this CBN policy. cus it took me 3 solid weeks to pay with first bank. secondly if ur school does SVP ur visa will take 3 weeks to be out but if the do not then it is 3 month cus u will be assess as assessment level 3. run for ur life or u will be scammed. brother u are going to a foreign land where the law will not be linear with u at all, please follow this thread ooo make u use legit way. that guy is a scam. imagine one telling me that when my eCOE is out i should sent it to him and my biodata page and i won't need to pay him till my visa comes out, when i know dat with eCOE i don't even need an agent and my visa application will be treated as assessment level 1. secondly scammers are very calm with there voice so make the voice no deceive u. manucho: |
