The appropriate thread is hyperlinked above.

With a very well packaged application, the answer to your questions is a strong yes @ admission & funding. Just make sure you apply to at least four schools with excellent SOPs and excellent recommendation letters. If these docs are not excellent, your chances go down considerably.

Read and follow this particular hyperlink like your life depends on it, in which case you will likely secure funding.

You have to do pre-med, i.e., graduate as an undergraduate with a Bachelor's degree (and very good GPA) and then take the MCAT (standardized admission exam for all applicants) and then apply to medical school. Quite expensive and competitive.
Medical schools in Canada:
http://www.royalcollege.ca/portal/page/portal/rc/resources/schools
Tuition as at last year:
http://www.oxfordseminars.ca/MCAT/mcat_profiles.php

Need to check each school as to whether foreign students are admitted.

That's a very good GPA. I think you should look at university of British columbia they run a parallel program with mastercard scholarship. Apply to the best schools though also try the USA, with your GPA getting a scholarship into the best engineering schools will be a walk in the park.

Yieldings:
$350/month is very low. That is why you haven't found any yet. What is your budget for housing? If you're fine with a not-so-fancy place you might find a place with rent that cheap. I'm not in Windsor but can help you search online. Besides kijiji, many schools have off-campus housing sites. Have you checked their off campus housing sites?

Hi Osehon, you've quoted the wrong person. You should be quoting paparazzi1987, so he would see your mention and reply you accordingly. I think you and him getting a place together would be a good idea and since you're both new you can help each other. Good luck with everything and welcome to Canada.
