Why can't Rooney play there? He can still put in good crosses & drop back to assist the defense if need be. I actually think he will bring better balance & be of more use from the right.
Alternatively there's Januzaj, Wilson, Young, Lingard & Martial. Good pace & trickery to balance attack from both flanks.
