for those that are yet to take Test of English, I'll suggest you take PTE-academic, TUT accepts it, very easy to register, exam date is available almost every day of the year and you can register 24hours prior to exam date.

E governance is free too at tut. I got my first private apartment for less than 150euros. If you aren't Omo Mummy, you can survive with 50 euros per month. Compare to Nigeria, their cost of living is high but very low in comparism with other Baltic states.
My advise is that you take it a step at a time. When I arrived I slept from house to house and glory be to Allah now.
All would be fine with you all.

Well........ All of them (Schools) do request for either of the 2 English Test.
So you Just have to write either one of them.

To your 2nd question, I think you stand a chance but it will be best you mail the School (email) To be sure if they would accept 2 sitting.

Oga your response is wrong, Many Estonia schools are not particular about 2.1 or 2.2 just bachelors degree or course specific. Just that the better your CGPA the higher your chances. I have heard a 3rd class that gained admission to Uni of Helsinki 2yrs ago.
I said that from what i saw on dreamapply.. TUT to be specific.
Stand to be corrected tho
Re: Lets Talk About Estonia by AmEagles: 2:43pm On Jan 05, 2016
@Hakeembe

@Holamidhe

TUT in particular does not take 2:2 while UT does.

Also the standard of education in Finland is totally different from that of Estonia. Especially in IT and Business Administration.
