Still doesn't make sense tho...why do they want to deport him based on his mother's nationality? What about his dad?

Because he was born in Germany does not automatically mean he is German. He can only be German by birth if at least one of his parents is German and I don't think any of them were. His mother who took him to the UK is also probably an illegal immigrants.

Nowhere does it say he was a permanent resident. You guys keep confusing being in th UK to having the legal right to be there.

Even if he was was a legal permanent resident, there are rules which mean certain crimes can still lead to deportation and even extreme crimes such a terrorism can result in revocation of citizenship.

Has nothing to do with being black. The boy who was killed was black.

Yes they will. The UK has been actively trying to deport EU criminals in the UK and while not always successful due to EU laws which Cameron is trying to renegotiate, they have successfully deported some Polish Lithuanian and other European criminals.

Unfortunately Nigeria does not have open border agreement with the UK so he can deported.

He wrote to prisoners’ paper Inside Time from Moorland jail in Doncaster that he is “struggling to understand” why he is being deported. He added: “I may not have been born here but all I know is the British way of life.

Mr Belamouadden teen was chased by a gang of around 20 youths from a rival school and stabbed nine times in just 12 seconds in front of shocked commuters in Victoria Underground Station in central London in the attack two years ago.

Five trials took place at the Old Bailey with 17 convictions resulting.

Bayode, of Streatham, South London, said the Home Office's “deport first, appeal later” policy was designed to hit migration targets “regardless of human rights”.

He added: “I have neither travelled nor been to any other country since I arrived in the UK over 20 years ago.

“My past, my present and my future is firmly rooted in British soil, hence why I am struggling to understand why I have been served with a deportation order to a country I have never been to - Nigeria.

"I was distraught when I read on the order that I can only appeal after my deportation."

Why deporting a criminal to Nigeria ? His coming will end him up in Kirikiri for the rest of his life. He better fights to retain his stay & continue his wicked act in his land of abode ..coming to Nigeria will teach him the hardest lesson of his life. .Even over there as a prisoner he could still argue for his rights but herein no rights of any sorts ..

These are the some of the best responses that describe the situation.

He seems to neither be German (by birth) nor British (by residency or through parents) but is clearly a Nigerian citizen by descent.
Many of our young Nigerian and black boys in the UK join area gangs and run around the whole place with knives and like packs of wolves looking for whom to pounce on and devour (stab and kill).

Then he claims that the UK way of life is the only way that he knows. Is being involved in killing someone the UK way of life? I bet he did not think that he was not British! He is not a stateless person and therefore can be deported to Nigeria where he is a citizen whether he likes it or not. It may however be difficult for the UK Government to do this. Having never travelled out of the UK indicates that he may not have a passport and his mum may be illegal here too. Otherwise, they would have at least travelled somewhere in all these years as UK citizens tend to travel a lot.
