the arabs have been reclaiming lands since 2000 AD, but i think this city is for for the profusely out of this world rich shocked nice work!!!

I still say this idea is crap since:

- it all results in more congestion and pollution to Lagos
- the prices just means the likelihood of a real estate bubble increases
- more pressure on the roads for the rest of us
- didn't they hear of global warming? The last thing you want is houses and water tables right next to a rising ocean

But what do I know?

The development/building of this city is by a multi-ethnic group of people yet folks here are engaging in tribal wars. It's really just plain ignorance.

Now that Buhari is frustrating international business, there would be no more tax from the igbo international business men in Lagos to finance this project
