One love bro and happy new year.

I need suggestions from those who live or have knowledge of the the safest and most privates estates in Lagos. The company I work for intends to build a staff quarters for expatriates to save money on hotels and rents, going long-term.

Please I need this information urgently and honestly as I have being placed in charge of the building committee. And, the requirements are that the estate should have record of being secure, with good security and private. People can not just flock in and out of the estate when they have no business there.

If this can be on frontpage, I would appreciate.

Franca my name sake, this response exposes the truth that you have got sharp mouth and ego. I should have expected you to ignore that guy.

Your response is against basic business and professional ethics.

I just pray that your company do not make the mistake of deploying you to Corporate communications or customer service dept.

Trust you are doing great.

Hi Franka,

Just went through your post. Also, I sent you an email. My company is currently constructing a luxury Residential apartment at Park view. Th building is currently at Finishing stage. The residence is fully serviced with 247 electricity, with security, a swimming pool and a Gym.

Considering that the users would be Expertrates, I would suggest renting serviced residences, since the users are not permanent residents.

If interested, contact me. We can visit the building and have a look.

I think some respondents have given you an idea on the safest, well-structured estates to look at. i have lived on the island for over 22 years and I think the following estates appear to be well laid-out and safe.

Carlton Gate Estate off Chevron Drive, Lekki (lots of greenery, secured entry, stable power, well-laid out plots etc);

Pinnock Estate, Lekki (well-structured and secure);

Parkview Estate, Ikoyi (secure, but you would have to make your own arrangements for power generation etc);

There are also various high-rise buildings in Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lekki, whose owners are selling off the individual flats within the blocks. Security and power have been fully provided. You will see some of these in 1004 Estates in Victoria Island, as well as Safecourt Estate in Ikate, Lekki, very close to Spar Shopping Mall. Graces' Court in Parkview Estate, Ikoyi as well as Adejoke's Court in Ikoyi were built by Gibraltar Construction. These are fine examples of great structures that have all the conveniences you can think of.

You could also look at Lekki Horizon Estate, owned by Lekki Gardens at the 4th Roundabout in Lekki. Richmond Gate Estate has a better layout and great security. It is also in the same axis and is worth a look. Hope this info helps. Good luck.

Slightly different question to the one asked: which of the estates above do not get flooded during raining seasons?

I sincerely wish to meet her.

Plsss can any kind-hearted nairalander give me clues on how to get her phone contacts?

Back to the topic. Franca, I will recommend that you focus on Magodo shangisha, G.Cappa estate in Maryland, Osborne phase 1 and Parkview estate.

Thank me later!

If you're really concerned with safety, there's a small private estate within the Marda barracks in Yaba. It has so much military presence. Very safe.

hahaha i wonder your age, sorry for saying that but your logic is too childish and sounded like someone with low IQ. Ok from what you just asked me let me ask you, why check on forbes.com the richest men in the world you would have asked your friends to check there bank accounts to know if they are the richest.

There are standards to every thing and bodies responsible for each standard. Just like a lawyer would have an LLB and an Engineer would have B.Eng the same applies to the information you are sourcing.

Trust me gal you have nothing i envy, unless you have God more than me that's the only thing i can envy.

Thank me later gaal grin grin grin
Please face your "pant and bra" business,if you 've got no sensible contribution.
