WebSurfer:Da Fuq,mehn... i don't even know how to being to respond to this. How did Amaechi confess his sin, who saved him Was any amount refunded, has a verdict being given to all his corrupt cases.I ain't partisan, i don't support any party (for now), just anxiously waiting for Nigeria to get better. But it irritates me when individuals talk like this, and it further irritates me that some individuals liked the post. In politics, there's no repent, and your sins have been forgiven, defecting to another party DOES NOT IN ANYWAY CLEANSE YOU OF ANY SIN, CORRUPT CASE OR ATROCITIES YOU MIGHT HAVE COMMITTED IN YOUR PREVIOUS PARTY. SO ROTIMI AMEACHI DOESN'T BECOME A SAINT BY SIMPLE DEFECTING TO APC, OR BY SIMPLY PLAYING AN INSTRUMENTAL ROLE IN THE PAST ELECTION. i aint against the dude, i dont even know if hes corrupt (until he is convicted) but i just had to respond to that your annoying post. ![]() |

[s]
from the EFCC and ICPC act. The other body is the police special fraud unit. All these bodies are are controlled by the federal government or more like a political tool. That was why they were dead under good luck and only resurrected under Buhari in order to deal with opposition. It's only under Obasanjo when Nuhu ribadu was their chairman that they really worked. At least all the people they investigated or jailed E.g tafa balogun, bode george, alamiesieha were all PDP members. Ribadu investgated about 34 sitting governors excluding Yaradua and Donald Duke. That was what was called corruption fighting. Not pursuing opposition up and down. Let EFCC peobe the accounts of Lagos state or kano or osun state. That is why they call them anti corruption agency of the government. So be informed. APC and Buhari is playing on Nigerians intelligence by saying they should bring evidence. It's tyecwork of EFCC to investigate and prosecute. The only person I can vouch for on APC is yemi osinbajo. Even Buhari has a lot of skeleton in his cupboard. Just that he didn't amass so much wealth like Babangida and obasanjo.[/quote[/s]] Arrant Nonsense. Just a question for u. Who originated and prosecuted the contract splitting crime of Bode George? Did FG ever had anything to do with it? Was it not the Lagos state government? Did these agencies u mentioned had anything to do with it? There is a reason why each state has her states laws and Anthorney General. States AG has prosecutorial rights to prosecute any criminal crime against the state also. |

Ojayk: No law in the land stops agencies to re arrest anyone that has been granted bail on another crime committed by the culprit. If a criminal stole rice, beans and melon, if a court chose to grant such bail for the crime of stealing rice, such can still be re arrested for stealing beans and charged. If granted bail again, such can even be re arrested for stealing melon and charged again. U lot really need to learn more. Buhari hasn't flouted any court order. About Amaechi, Av mentioned his case up there. Don't expect me to repeat it again for ur lazy arse. |

[s] Demdem:[/s] This reply frm you, does not make sense, if you ask learned lawyers, @ first the federal govt/DSS/EFCC are "Plaintiff" and Kanu and co are defendants, in otherwords, by law, a plaintiff is expected to present all charges before the court, and not one after the other, u need to go do more research on law "Leckey" |

Don't you think you can articulate your points better without necessarily having to sound like an uncultured scoundrel? I have a way of suffering fools gladly or else I would have done the needful by sending you to Coventry. You may have to consult your dictionary so that you can come up to speed and reckon what it means to deify a mere mortal. For the avoidance of sounding trite, cult worship happens when people believe that a leader is infallible. You may have to prove that the foregoing is not what we are witnessing with people like you. It is really pointless trying to educate a hardened opinionated ignoramus like you. You can continue baying for blood with this uncanny sense of gallow humour. What pathetic people like you with such an obnoxious trait of myopia/short-sightedness fail to see is that it is easy to start a fire. The fact that the conflagration you initiated might rise to consume you is something you hardly envisage. You are pitiable... |

emmygzy: Oponu. Ffuck APC. I don't give a damn about them. There is a reason why till this date Tewonde George is still angered at Tinubu for his going to jail. U need to learn more dullard. U are far beneath me. This is public knowledge. Infact the current VP was the AG of Lagos when he was being prosecuted. |

What hopeless law are u reffering to? Can u refer me to it? Is that what ur charge and bail lawyer told u? U and ur lawyer lack sense to be honest. How, what, and methodology the prosecutor intends to present his charges against the accused is his prerogative. He can even choose to discontinue it if he so desire. It isn't a must that all charges must be brought at once. If investigation is ongoing on some charges are u saying the prosecutor can't proceed in starting on the one investigation has been completed? When Dasuki was taken to court for possession of fire arns, armsgate investigation was ongoing. After sometime, he was granted bail on possession of fire arms and re arrested and charged for armsgate. By ur skewed thinking and that of ur useless lawyer, the prosecutor was supposed to bring all together right? Again I reinstate U and ur charge and bail lack sense to be honest. |

[s] maestroferddi:[/s] Another shameful post. No head no tail. No bearing whatsoever on what was even being discussed. U even can't substantiate ur claim by proving that I am mystifying Buhari. Where were u when I demanded that buying BMW cars in the proposed budget is wrong? I went further to even suggest that if cars must be bought, it must be Innosun. Does that suggest someone that thinks Buhari can't do any wrong to u. Again u are pathetically foolish. Only an eternal fool would make wild allegations but when called upon to substantiate, they go dumb. U Av conveniently epitomised this. Shame. |

emmygzy:You dey mind the zombie. He comes online to disseminate senselessness yet it has not occurred to him that he has been taken for a sucker. This ode/o/riferous element has not paused and remembered that despite his slavish defense and devotion to a party that has elevated the practice of spreading falsehood and propaganda to a fine art, the party in question holds people like him in such high disdain/derision. How many Nigerian youths like Dem.dem.onic have APC entrusted with leadership responsibilities? The olodo is content with being a brainwashed camp follower. The fact that APc's official position is that people like dem.dem.onic do not have the mental acumen to be entrusted with leadership responsibilities hardly worries the noisemaker... |

The simple reason is that Buhari is one sided and a Tyrant! Amaechi, Fashola and Fayemi all have EFCC petitions. The anti graft war is a pretence and a way to deciminate Pdp. God is bigger than Buhari! He won't enjoy his position |
