Are u into weed smoking or anything that deals with the brains or are u always nervous in ur place of work,being nervous will not allow to grab all u re being told.....Try to be calm,if u didn't grab what u re being told u u can ask her to come again,not all the time o. U can try nootropics ie using drugs to enhance the brain functions but this is not always advisable. This is the little I can offer,goodluck.
