It's better than sitting on Dortmund's bench. You can hardly find a big club who will develop a player knowing fully well you can just call the player back any time with the snap of a finger.
If we really care for their developments then they have to do it with us. Invariably we must be patient with their inconsistencies as young lads - the same applies to "potentials" we sign from other teams!
