However,while applying for all these scholarships you can as well prepare for the GRE exam, ace it and apply to schools in the US. When I wrote mine I prepared for ca. 1 month (between Dec 25 and Feb 1 of the following year) and had a perfect score in the quantitative section. Having a good GRE score will secure you tuition waver, free health insurance and monthly stipends.

I believe that choice is yours to make. Picky something relatively close to your course of study.

Yes there is still hope. A friend of mine had a 2.2 in Civil yet got full offer from a Mech Engr dept in the US. Some schools are desperately looking for grad students in order to boost their national ranking. I can only advise and give you direction in academia,every other thing you have to do it yourself.

Hi all...Pls does anyone have any idea if university of Bedfordshire is a good university for masters in environmental management. A friend just got an admission in d school but she is confused cos she read old reviews on nairaland but didn't get nice review on d school

She has 2 options: The uni of bedfordshire masters in environmental management or a Second Bachelor in nursing in usa but d issue with d US own is dat she has a 3.3 GPA on 5.0 scale and part of d requiremt is having 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale equivalent to 4.0 in 5.0 in Nigeria.

I am confused on wat to advice her.

People who know more about this should advice pls with facts...
