Some people read to reply while others read to understand. He studied Physics initially in the same University and had 17 carry overs which affected his GPA negatively hence was asked to withdraw from the program.He reapplied for JAMB and got admitted to the same university to study Psychology and graduated with First Class.

Obviously, Physics was not his real choice of study.

Nigerian university no dey try at all, students apply for biology they will be offered photography

they apply for accounting they will be offered history...

Why not offer something remotely similar...biomedical science if medicine is not available, mathematics if physics is filled up or nothing at all!!

These same corrupt/incompetent university admins that cant maintain clean environment will be boasting about their questionable qualifications

guy please read the story b4 u comment. He swithched to another course. He go 17 carry over in physics then switched to psycology. He then got a first class in psycology. And you just dae comment rubbish without even reading the post. No wonder dae say the best way to hide information from a black man is to write it in a book.

It is possible because anytime he resits a carry over, he score more marks than he would have scored in the first attempt due to more experience.
He wrote the carry overs when he is in higher level and might have advance in his level of understanding. In that case he score very high marks in the resits. So it is very possible.
