Hi guys. They say a problem shared is a problem half solved. I noticed that I've developed body odour ‎for about 2 years now. I'm 35 years and I first noticed it in 2014 about when I just got a new job. I've tried all sorts of deodorants and body sprays and nothing works. Body sprays actually makes it worse for me. I've tried driclor and maximum strength anti perspirants but to no avail. I've tried the baking soda treatment, lime and lemon but still to no avail. I make it a point of duty to shave every night so it's not like I keep hairs. I also shower atleast twice everyday. It's not like i get too sweaty,infact I don't perspire as much as to wet clothes in the pits area yet the slightest hint of sweat that comes on mixes with whatever roll on I have on and then creates a bad smell even when I'm dry. I get a lot of mean looks and turned heads everyday and it's actually starting to affect me mentally as I dream of people rubbing their noses and making faces at me in my sleep. Funny how people judge you immediately like you don't groom yourself properly. My life is on a stand still right now and I get panic attacks from the thought of going out because of the treatment and funny looks I get from people. I've been masturbating for about 7 years now, could this be the cause? Is there any link between masturbation and body odour? Could it be ulcer? The body odor is not from the outside.
It is usually from the mouth and inside of your body.
Make sure there is no rotten teeth in your mouth.
Brush and floss your mouth twice a day, make sure you also brush your tongue.
As for the internal causes, you need to take antibiotics.
You also need to detoxify your body.
The medicine will clean you from the inside.
Take a shiit at least 3 time every day, but make sure you use the toilet every morning.

Let me ask you this.
Do you smoke cigarettes or take alcohol ??
If yes.
Quit immediate.

Like stelaar said, it's probably your clothes that are stinking, not your body. This happens if you wear clothes and undies too often before washing. And some pparticular fabrics will just hold on to the odour even when you wash with hot water and dettol. Identify such clothing items, dispose of them and get new ones. And henceforth, wear clothes just once before you wash. Best of luck!

I have hosted few friends that came visiting from Naija and majority of them have it. I think the scarce electricity situation in the country have exacerbated the situation. You guys sleep in hot and badly ventilated environments due to no power to operate AC or fan. Your sweat dries up on you mostly and majority of you take a bath only once in a day. These sweat have formed several layers over your skin over time.
I'll say take a bath anytime you sweat. Use roll ons and deodorants. Shave your body hairs more often. Most importantly do not wear underwears and shirts more than once. It'll take time, but it'll go away.
Be sure you take care of any mouth odor you may have. Floss and brush you teeth anytime you eat and use mouth wash often. Whenever you haven't talked for at least 30 minutes, it's time to use the mouth wash.

I believe the sweat from your arm pits is somehow sticky too, and you tend to sweat even when you walk as slowly as possible a very short distance. If that's the case then deodorants will surely amplify the foul smell. You should go get CIPROTAB from a pharmacy shop and observe the result in five days. If you notice any improvement, don't hesitate to change your towel, it should be the activities of bacteria.
