The earlier the better. I will advise that you write the test before November 2016. Hope you are aware that Finnish institutions will introduce tuition fees of about 1500 euros from 2017?

@ All in the house, i tracked my documents till it was delivered, one Toulunen collected it, 12th and i recieved info from UAF today that they have seen my application.

They are referring to your CGPA. It is usually stated on your transcript.
