Correction....the International Court of Justice was responsible for the Bakassi ruling.

The ICC is a different (and younger) court set up primarily to deal with war crimes and human rights abuses.

The reason is that France through its puppet, Paul Biya would have levelled Nigeria's millitary formations while aiding Cameroun to invade Nigeria!!! Super powers like Usa or Russia (just like it did to Ukrain, Georgia or Crimea) can always go against the ICC but 3rd world countries like Nigeria cant. The Sudanese president, Omar Bashir, is today a fugitive for war crimes & he cant travel freely without risk of arrest!!!
