Intelsat 66E is trackable with 1.8m but the SONY ESPN there is difficult to track down with 1.8m, I advise you to go for Intelsat 20 @68.5E. The two SONY ESPN are the same but 66E has more HD channels.

Aaaah no problem, just rename the downloaded software to rom.bin.

For example the software you will download will be named SRT4950H_V3.11P_11122015.bin. Remove/rename it to rom.bin and put it into a clean flash drive.

Plug the usb drive into your decoder then switch it off.
Press the power button (round one) infront of your decoder then switch on the decoder while holding the power button.
And viola you will have downgraded your decoder to ver 3.11

USE 4131V 15404 and a cband lnb but for easy tracking use ku lnb track this frequency 10986v 30000 get 70- 80% signal replace it with cband lnb and do litle adjustment.
