Somebody said this true life story to my hearing. There was a family of which a lone robber attacked their house in the night. In the process, he killed the father of the house and raped his wife and the only daughter. Years later, the robber repented and as a means of restitution, he located the house and asked for forgiveness from the wife and daughter. He was later forgiven after much persuasion and promises. As I was deliberating on it, I concluded that if i was the one I may 'forgive' but it will be hard to forgive whole heartedly even if you promise me the whole world. Like u said years later so many new joy in my life I dont capitalize on wat others did to me in d past I forgive whole heartedly bt will certainly avoid u ! In dis case op i wud forgive him bt stay away from him D deed has been done everyone gonna die sumday bt ways of dying is wat differs! D dead aint coming bck nd years later i shd av been fine nd happy |

SamJed:It is wisdom that injury received,does not justify doing an injury in some cases..but there is no amount of annoyance,scare tactic,frustration or personal justifications that will warrant the killing of a human being. Forgiveness may be difficult,even after time had lapse. Even in the holy books,there are punishment provisions and acts the Almighty cannot ordinarily forgive. Now,the wife and the daughter may have forgiven him,but what about the death man? Can the living forgive on his behalf? He is gone and gone with his discretion to forgive or not.The robber is on his won.Up and till the dead man comes back and forgives,the almighty will not,even if the family does. |
