Is My Girlfriend Pregnant? by Nobody: 6:45am On Jan 25, 2016

Though she is on her monthly period, my girl has been complaining of early morning stomach pain these past few days and she also complains of headache and fatigue during the day. Is it possible that she is pregnant even though she didnt miss her period.

It can be Hepatitis, appendix or normal stomach ache , some ladies experience stomach ache during their period, it can also be Typhoid fever. I would advise that you asked her if it is normal for her to experience such during her period.

But the best option is to take her to hospital/lab for test.

it's possible if you and her did it unprotected close to her cycle. she wud conceive and still have her period. she shud go do a test asap so you can decide on your next step if it turns out positive.

It could also be malaria, typhoid or a myriad of other viruses. Just get her to do a test.

its not very expensive. but budget about 2k - 5k. don't go to a big hospital ooo. they'll just charge for unnecessary stuff. you can go to any small private clinic. or a general hospital if there's one around you.
