Glad you talked about referendum after a long period of war, so, who among the igbo elites is ready to fund such war. Or do you think war is fought with sticks, firewood and catapult. In the alternative, who is that army officer of Igbo extraction who's ready to create a rebel faction within the rank and file of the Nigerian military. It's simply not enough to name countries where a section broke away without studying their modus operandi. South Sudan clamoured for independence from Sudan and got it but today they are fighting themselves for power control and distribution of resources. The UN is having serious headache over this young nation because wars and conflicts naturally metamorphoses to serious humanitarian crisis and the UN is overstretched already with conflicts in Sudan, Central African Republic, Somalia, Burundi, Mali, Libya talk less of the crisis in the middle east that has led to unfathomable degree of migrant crisis in Europe.

MASSOB should just take it easy and follow due process like IPOB is doing rather than looking for whom to milk dry. Biafra (if there'll be any) shouldn't be built on altar of lies and fraud unless the Biafrans are seeking to create a mini Nigeria. Remember you're dealing with Igbos here, a group of people whose average IQ is the highest amongst all ethnic groups in Africa. They won't fall for this korokoro scam.
