Have you ever been to Gtbank? And noticed the crowd in most of its branches and then you would wonder if the bank is using juju. On a particular road, there could be close to 3 or 4 different banks and surprisingly 70% of the customers will branch into GTBANK and that is how it is all over the country and funny enough, especially in other states, they have the least number of branches. I guess that is the main reason why their bank is always crowded. Even here in Lagos, where their branches are spread all across the states, the same problem lingers.

The interesting thing about this issue is that anytime you go to the bank to make a transaction, you will always have a good time as there are a lot of people, so there will also be lots of girls as the women to the men ratio in Lagos is more like 4:1. So, consequently you are bound to see more lady customers than guys in a Gtbank.

I was at the Akowonjo Branch yesterday to make a complaint of the double deduction they made on my account. I ran a facebook adverts for my online store and after I had reached the 25$ threshold, facebook deducted their money which was about N7500, but surprisingly, N15,000 was deducted from my account.

I had to rush to the bank to lodge a complaint, I would have done that on their social media accounts as the bank is one of the best when it comes to resolving issues online, but I just wanted to make a formal complaint as this was not the 1st time they would be making such deductions.

The Customer Care lady was okay, she attended to me in a very courteous manner and promised that the money will be refunded under 24 business hours. I thanked her and decided to make another transaction into my sister’s account. It’s not been easy being a 1st child.

It was while I was on the queue for about 30 minutes that it began to dawn on me that I had made a wrong choice sending the cash over the counter, I could have just waited for them to refund my money and do an SMS transfer.

But while waiting on the queue, I also began to notice that there were a lot of beautiful ladies in the banking hall. And you know as a single Lagos boy, I decided to feed my eyes and maybe luckily I could catch a fish. But it was so unfortunate that I caught non as I was not even focused.

I initially saw a lady that was formally dressed and I knew she was a working class lady, that wouldn’t ask me for cash and she would also be supportive, then before I knew it another lady in a very short skirt walked into the building and as if I was going to be lucky, she came straight to me and asked if the queue was for withdrawals or deposit. I immediately lost control of myself and told her it was for customers. Damn!!!! What did I just do, the girl just looked me like one stupid dunce and asked the guy next to me what she wanted to know.

I knew that one was not sure again. So I decided to look out for the lady in suit. She actually came to lodge a complaint as well, but it seemed she was representing her organization. With time it seemed the issue was not going to be resolved and she made a phone call, in some few minutes, some 3 other men arrived and walked up straight to her before they all headed up stairs, I guess they needed to see the manager.

There were so many other ladies in the banking hall, ranging from the slim to the busty to the short, like me and then the tall ones. All of them in their various attires, you would wonder if a fashion parade was going on in the bank. I decided to lock up and just finished my transaction and left.

Op, ur so right...there's one branch along ph aba express way here in just by shell gate...if you enter that bank on monday by say 9am, na 12-1pm you might likly finish your transaction...see crowd, i'm not talking of queue...i mean market kinda crowth...i dunno what that bank does that's better than the likes of diamon, zenith, UBA, firstbank, i just dunno...worst of it all is...majority of the people who is banking with them are studnts, same with ecobank

Try Zenith, stanbic or standard chattered bank especially in lekki areas, you would see another set of girls from another planet. Beautiful damsels

OP is single and ready to mingle and choose the bank to perfect his plans. I don't know why he lied he went to the bank for a transaction!
