Well....considering the fact that PMB 1) is the new guy and 2) he has to reach out to the other leaders to build contacts et al.....I would say that such trips are necessary.

In my opinion....any trip out of the country a Nigerian leader takes is necessary.I will be critiquing Buhari on other things....not on the trips. The same went for most of our past leaders.

As for economic development......that takes time. Especially now that oil prices are low...and diversification takes a long time.

I am speaking based on how the office of the presidency in a normal society should respond to stu.pid remarks like the one fayose is making.
