All the current Supreme court justices were appointed by PDP governments. About 60% by GEJ alone!! and most were lobbied for by one politician or the other in line with what obtains during GEJ tenure. They are mostly interested parties when it comes to PDP. Although that in itself does not mean the current judgment is not in line with justice! But I leave that to individuals to decide. APC should let this issue be and look forward. Otherwise, these judges can frustrate all the corruption cases and nothing can be done about it! |

Like seriously, this apc are just desperate to win election on those state, I told my cousin who isdakuku supporter that they are going lose on a long run, and what happened apc can't win election in south south for now oooo, but if they no like supreme c judgment they can go to Icc. |

torobongekpo:There's no gainsaying that the supreme court judgement was not commercialised. It's appalling how judges will trade integrity for money. |

I don't know why people are so concerned about the south south states. The same "justice" APC governors got in Lagos, Imo, Nasarawa, etc after their mago-mago during the last election is the same "justice" PDP governors got in Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Abia, Taraba, etc. So why is SR talking about procurement of judgement. Clearly we saw how APC rigged Lagos, there was over voting in Imo state and so on. No body talked about procurement of controversial judgement. Abeg SR go and sit down. |

HIGHESTPOPORI:U pple are not getting it.There has neva been a free and fair elections in Nigeria Abiola's election inclusive. All political parties are guilty of all electoral offences including rigging, even KOWA and other unpopular parties.I dnt blame them bcs PDP thought them that if u want to eat with d devil,ur spoon must be very loooooong. But PDP's credibility in electoral fraud and robbery is just too senseless and mumufull, and that has brought a lot of international ridicule on dis country.Or how do we explain victory where voters register with just over 400,000 register voters at d end of d day has over 1.2 millions votes.Habba!!!!And u said it's not rigging. |

lailo:AND WHERE EXACTLY DID THIS HAPPEN? You people just come to the Internet and spout OUTRIGHT LIES or parrot those spewed by others just to maintain baseless arguments. No where in Nigeria in this election did votes cast exceed the number of registered voters in the Voter's Register. The case made by Petitioners is that number of votes cast exceeded number of accredited voters but their argument is faulty because they rely only on figures of accreditation by Electronic Card Reader whereas accreditation with Voter's Register which is the only one recognized by law anyway, accounts for the difference. This point has been explained over & over again but it is confounding that APC supporters all seem to have been infected by the Zika virus which affects their brains. Why is this so difficult to understand? No one is saying the elections were perfect. ALL THE PARTIES WITHOUT EXCEPTION ENGAGED IN MALPRACTICES but the basis of the complaints at the Tribunals was mainly on malpractices relating to Card Reader data which has been shown not to be supported by law |

lailo:Didn't you hear manual accreditation was used? Same with Lagos? |
