Yes there is still hope. A friend of mine had a 2.2 in Civil yet got full offer from a Mech Engr dept in the US. Some schools are desperately looking for grad students in order to boost their national ranking. I can only advise and give you direction in academia,every other thing you have to do it yourself.

There is Taiwan scholarship presently on going check on Google for Taiwan scholarship 2016, for European countries u need to write Gre, Ielts and computer based Tofel exams.

There is this scholarship have been going for since 2014. It has been eluding me.
I had chats with some beneficiaries and was told that it was because of my lack of voluntary services. That one major thing they put into consideration before granting scholarship is that I must have participated in a voluntary work with pictures evidence see the to them

I have searched the self-service portal and my offer details, but I can't find any link to an admission letter.
