Today, we commenced tripartite discussions between Intafact Breweries Limited (producers of Hero beer) and Delfarm Limited. We were told sorghum can't be grown profitably... Well, here is sorghums grown on Anambra soil in Igbariam, Anambra East and very impressive yield!

In November, 2014, we signed a tripartite agreement between Delfarm Limited and Songhai Farms, Port Novo to make Anambra Nigeria's Songhai capital.

''We were told sorghum can't be grown profitably''... Sometimes we tend to mistake ignorance for facts. I recall some years ago while in Achalla which is near Igbariam and some folks were insisting that veggies such as cabbage, cucumber etc will never do well there! huh

I wish l can find myself there again to show them that l can even grow and harvest strawberries right there!

Leave everybody blaming fed govt and waiting for fed govt to come and diversify economy for them. Cocoa full osun, all the farms don die finish, a state with a small land mass is venturing into agriculture already. Make the rest dey wait make fed govt come diversify. Mouth action alone.

who said Anambra land is not fertile, should go to hell. Just last week me and my friend decide to visit Aguleri otu to see the oil rig myself, inside Aguleri otu i saw sugar cane farm near a swamp growing healthy and taller than the one in northern nigeria, mehn Aguleri otu have massive land ooo there i saw rice feild, grandnut farm,egwusi, i was told that beans also grow there even cucumber, beleive me soon Anambra will take over from the north in terms of Agriculture.

NOT ONE state in the entire South East has a genuine hatchery for day old chicks.They all buy from Ibadan . There are serious farming states across Nigeria and they are too busy to farm on the internet and pages of Newspaper
