2. Write from now on wards, i won't masturbate, write the date, the time u masturbated last, just take it as if, if u masturbate again that u will contact lassa fever
3. avoid the thought of porn, avoid the thought of big booty and the rest
4. go out there, get yourself a girl
5. make sure u delete the whole porn in your phone
