When I did my clearance, I was given two titled paper.
One of them was to be submitted to the dean of my faculty while the other was to be submitted to the head of my department.
The paper contained a copy of my admission letter and clearance form.
Ask those officers in the PG Office to confirm sha.

Two copies of your admission letter is to be submitted to the head of your department and a copy to the dean's office after clearance
It's also advisable one photocopies the addressed forms before submitting to the offices

wow..have you submitted yours cuddlebugie? when I cleared the lady gave me copies of the admission letter and clearance form,I asked her what I was to do with it and she said they were my copies,so I didn't think about it..I Will do thta later not in Ibadan currently

if you were not aware; Admission Letter and Acceptance to be submitted to the office of the H.O.D and Admission Letter only to be submitted to the office of the Dean of faculty.

I can't make it to Ibadan anytime soon.the lady looked inexperienced sha,she kept asking her colleagues questions and wasn't well versed on the clearance procedure. she even wanted to take the documents back from me but her colleague told her I could go with it..did you submit them in a file or just plain..I just hope it doesn't affect anything...thanks for all the info

yes..even other business centres close to the pg school also sell copies...

I gave the forms and photocopies of my credentials to her, she brought out a tattered file which contains forms and told me to search for my form.
I did and she brought out a new file for me. My name was written on it and my forms and all were placed inside

Please does anyone has an idea if any dept under d fac of basic Med sci has received recommendation mail.. Virology, biochem, physio. Etc

no wonder..I was cleared in C3.. I am going for Geology .i think the lady that cleared me is a new staff,so i guess thats why she didnt know so much...I will submit the files to the HOD and Dean when I come for registration......when do you think registration should begin,I think at least it should be after everyone has been scheduled for clearance..it may take time.
