If nigeria economic in trouble, fayose also in trouble
Re: Nigeria’s Economy In Trouble —fayose by swiperthefox: 2:12pm On Feb 18, 2016
Keep up the blame game. Everyday, you keep blaming Jonathan and PDP when things are clearly far better in his dispensation than what we are seeing from Buhari and APC led govt. Everyone is crying and you are still pointing fingers. What is Buhari's economic agenda after 9 months? If you are not agreeing with Fayose it could be one, you are benefiting from the govt or you are not in Nigeria.
veraponpo:

Foolishness is when Fayose complains about Buhari but was supporting Jonathan who:

1. Borrowed to pay salaries when oil was still over $65/barrel

2. Borrowed when Nigeria was selling more than 2 millions barrel of crude daily

3. Could not manage surplus but wasted our resources

4. squandered all our reserves that Obasanjo saved and left power when reserve was $28b from $45b

5. could not save anything in the reserve when oil was sold for $120/barrel

Fayose should blame himself and his PDP members not Buhari :

Who has not borrowed to pay salaries

Who has been fighting insurgency with focus and strategies (and he is winning)

Whose first fiscal year has not started (budget is yet to be passed into law)

who has restored our confidence in international community

Fayose should just tell us what he has achieved for almost 2 years in power. The last time I checked, Fayose was in Akwa Ibom, Ebonyi, Abuja, Rivers, etc within 7 days wearing Ojuju Calabar's constume to Abakaliki just 2 days ago. He should stay in Ekiti and build the economy of Ekiti too.

We need solutions and we need HELP.
Buhari please tell us how you intend to fix our econs or resign.
$1 would be 420 Naira by end of this month from all look of things. No press conference or what so ever. You kept all of us on suspense, we can't breath, we can't think straight.
I stand for my country and not any political party. I expect the positive change you promise and if you can't deleiver and you can't tell me how you intend to change things please resign. I love my country more than I love you.
But what of the money they recorvered from abacha and other looters? How can the economy nose dive when over 2trillion is saved in TSA account. Dont be surprised if you see all this money in the childrens foreign accounts.

E-hi five! His actions so far has shown that he is clueless and incompetent. We have forgotten how he dismantled military road blocks in the north, thereby furthering the agenda of boko haram into states they were not bombing before he took over. All he knows is fighting to silence opposition and his perceived enemies with his kwarruption chant, while turning a blind eye to his party members. .

[size=13pt]What do you expect when you put a man who had no educational Qualifications as president.

When it took a long time to appoint Ministers.
When they get appointed they are mainly northerners.

In the Budget you spend N40 billion looking for Oil in the North when Oil prices is nose diving.

In the Budget you allocate more money to the State Clinic than to all the University Teaching Hospitals put together

The Naira is nose diving.

Workers are not being paid

WHY WONT THERE BE PROBLEMS
THIS IS CHANGE

I thank God for patriotic citizens like Ayodele Fayose, that dare speak the truth in spite of threats of trumped charges being imposed against them for speaking out.

Nigerians watching Buhari destroy our economy and refusing to speak out because he is in their party should ble themselves for their suffering. In the end, they will realize how they foolishly allowed a dictator to ruin their lives and their children's future for less than a spoon on porrage.

[b]The earlier u all get the gist the better for us all. if u add value to the economy and u really need dollars kindly apply to the banks and if u meet the requirements u will be given at the below rate and u continue to add to the economy.
However if u need dollars for luxuries, goods cbn has stopped funding with dollars, holidays etc u are on ur own. Go look for ur dollar elsewhere
Have we wondered why Nigerian manufacturers (MAN) arent complaining? have u wondered why that tomato selling woman in the market doesnt care or know what u are talking about because they arent affected? its because their business seems to be picking up by Nigerians now looking inwards. its we the elite that are feeling the heat and not the poor.
Gone are the days when we have serious reserves and Govt will continue to gurantee all our frivolities. Now, for frivolities, u are on ur own. The interest of the extremely weak is this govt priority and not the overfed. Many shouting here aimlessly are not even affected in anyway about the rise in the parallel market. Those receiving free dollars before cant and have gone in the parrallel market making it saturated and price high.
When they finally get their dollars at extremely high rate and choose to import, on getting to our borders, they also pay huge tax to the govt so by the time the goods get to the end shop, it becomes ridiculously expensive for the buyer. The question is if the buyer doesnt buy the luxury good, will he die?
I have reasons to import spare parts for my vehicles and to be honest, its ridicously high now. Govt is forcing me to start looking towards Innosun...............for my selfish self, thats not ok but for the overall good, its the best.
