I'm sorry to be back here again but things are deteriorating seriously for me here. My family is falling apart. My wife and kids are worse hit of this my joblessness.

That aside, I have submitted over 150 applications both online and offline and received 4 invitations in all, attended all and yet no call up.

Please brothers and sisters I'm not here for financial assistance or for you to pity me but I'm here because I need a job to take care of my family which already falling apart.

My joblessness had bring untold hardship to me and my family. Yesterday I received the worst humiliation in my life I was dragged out of a BRT because I couldn't pay N100 and many people were looking at me. I tried to controlled my emotions but still I had to cried out my heart in secret.

This is me that used to help people a year ago now my friends and family members won't pick my calls again.

Some moments ago I was just staring at a fan hook. And thots of taking my life kept on creeping in. Please I'm dieing inside of me. I need a job.

Please I'm not a begger and I find it so humiliating to beg because it's absurd since I can work. All I'm asking you my fellow members especially Mr Seun and mods to please put this on front page who knows maybe my helper will be the there waiting.

Please save a soul

Bro I'm not lamenting but he who wear shoes knows where it pains..my children suffering is getting too much some nights no food...

I really feel sorry for you but instead of searching for a job with no result yet, why not go into entrepreneurship? Go and learn a trade or start selling something even if it's indomie at a popular junction. God wld surely come to ur aid soon. Shalom

Thank you sister but you can do it empty hand. I have approached some family members that I help when things were good with me for fund but they keep promising now they don't pick my calls.

But I have learn my lesson and I know this storm shall pass sooner than I thought.

This reminds me of an experience I had some years back. I was so broke, had an appointment somewhere afar, defied the brokeness, went to meet up with the appointment, cldnt beg for tfare cos of shame, had to trek 10km back home, got home and I was like...now I understand why some people steal. Well, u don't solve a problem doing the wrong thing. U solve a problem doing the right thing.

I'm sorry but I am going to be very blunt,with your suicidal tendencies/thoughts you are quite unfit for employment .Employees with extra emotional,financial,psychological etc baggage will be inefficient in a work place as they will lack concentration and focus.Reason why I am saying this is for you to repackage yourself as desperation will rather scare potential employers away.

Here is my advice,sorry I had to criticise you constructively first.
1.Depending on if you are technically or commercially inclined,look for any business you can attach yourself with on a learn,work earn basis(repair shops,mechanics,sales shops,etc) that way you get an income while waiting sanely for a job.
2.I can't advice you to start a business since it's obvious you have no savings,look for any middle man capital free job you can do and earn commissions e.g Property Agent,Clearing assistant at sea port or airport,Land agent,car sales agent.in this arrangements, you look for buyers and get paid commissions.
3.I don't know what your wife does,but she needs to take a crash course in catering, baking,tailoring,bead making,etc with this she can contribute her quota to sustaining the family.
4.I personally don't like demeaning jobs,but since you appear desperate consider looking for a keke,taxi or bus to drive it doesn't have to be yours;you can do daily returns,hire purchase,etc.Or you can do a little conductor job,even if you make 1k per day that's 30k per month you can start from there.
5.Look for any entrepreneur currently into any trade ,learn the trade secret get some products(you can do this for major distributors,etc) sell from home,you can also sell it from their shop.Create an online presence saying you sell stuffs(from the major distributors dealership,your sales price will be your profit+what the dealer sells for)You have a NL account,so it's safe to say you have internet access,do online marketing for whatever products you choose to sell,it's faster selling that way.
6.Take the internet seriously,go to freelance websites where with minimal skills like just typing and data entry you can make some dollars per day.Bid for projects ,see this one as a side hustle.

Thank you Bro. Mine was that the 2 ticketers dragged me out of their bus after all the pleas. The worst was that people were just watching me. I cried my heart out secretly. Me that give people lift to ikorodu when I still got my car. Now I'm been humiliated for just N100. That was the day I feel like it's finished.
