Try nd diet dis mrng nd leave breakfast for LAwma


I had too much to eat lastnight so
i am opting out of eating this
morning.....i hope i can keep
this up and frown at taking heavy meal fr breakfast.
Those of you who eat left over from
Yesterday as breakfast,na wah oh...cant
you kip it till Lunchtime and eat
something lighter.



What are you having fr breakfast? Pap nd akara? Tea nd bread? Yam? Spag? Amala? Semo? Smirnof ice? 33?black bullet? Lol. Pls share

that just ate Jollof rice and goat meat
and washed it down with a cold glass of
