Please try and hit the gym today and work on your diet. A little tummy work and lesser food intake and can bring you back to shape. But if you're the lazy type, you can do road-walks for a start. Cover, at least, 5 kilometres every evening to burn your fat. But make sure you drink plenty of water regularly to avoid dehydration.
Eat much fruit. Avoid all sort of fattening foods.
