Hope UEFA will behave and give us the likes of Fenerbache or Sparta Prague next round. But a Dortmund vs Spurs tie isn't the kinda match i would want to miss ![]() |

AdeLaNa1:Go and lodge your complaints to UEFA In this current season Spain 15.9 points Germany 13.4 England 11.8 Itally 11.3 You better hope all Italian clubs get eliminated from the CL so you dont lose your spots next season |

AdeLaNa1:This season has been a disaster, my advice is take each game as it comes and enjoy the good games without to much over thinking of the next games. I have predicted Arsenal to wack us, do I care, not a bit because i'm buzzing about seeing a brilliant performance in an injury ravaged team. LVG will be gone in the summer and all the positives of this season may build the foundation of next so lets just enjoy a good game for what it was. |

chrisley024:Let’s hope he and DDG can return on Sunday. Otherwise we should go with McNair and Rojo in CB. Blind on the left. We are going to rely on Mephis. It's like Mephis plays better when there is no one competing for his position. Nani was like that. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by elampiro(m): 7:52am On Feb 26, 2016 |
Our back can be strong enough to withstand Arsenal if we have Schneirdelin and Herrera operating in front of Rojo and McNair. Carrick should go to the bench. DDG/Romero Varela, McNair, Rojo, Blind Herrera, Schneirdelin Lingard, Mata, Mephis Rashford Or DDG/Romero Varela, McNair, Rojo, Blind Carrick, Schneirdelin Mata, Herrera, Mephis Rashford But I am not too sure Carrick and Schneirdelin have a good partnership. It will be a big bonus if we get Smalling back. |

elampiro:i think say Valencia dn return? And i would like that riley to man our LB de guy gud die. Btw what of bothwick-jackson? |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by elampiro(m): 8:01am On Feb 26, 2016 |
weedtaker:Valencia will not be match fit to start. He has not even trained with the team, just personal training. Jackson is injured. I am still studying that Riley. I never sure about the guy finish. |

We are going to play without a senior striker for about one month. This is when Chicharito would have enjoyed himself. |

elampiro:i taught MartiaLs injury wasn't that bad, would he be sidelined for a month? |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by olabode89(m): 8:47am On Feb 26, 2016 |
elampiro:Bros dat Riley guy good nau.... e get better technique that Jackson although Jackson get more pace, better physique and does him quick crosses are dangerous. Plus Riley na utility man he can play as RM, LM or CM, you go notice say the bobo dey comfortable on the ball my only fear na how him go cope with top pacy wingers. What do you think about Varela? I think he has a very bright future. I won't be surprised if Darmian is shipped out in the summer. |

weedtaker:Martial should be fit, he didn't pull his hamstring. It was a precautionary measure as he felt some stiffness in the hamstring. I hope Merefish Dedebt can replicate what we saw against MickeyMouseLand on Sunday. He had the RB on toast all through the match. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by MrTA(m): 9:11am On Feb 26, 2016 |
olabode89:That was against a horrible team so we need to remain steady. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by SIRcumalot: 9:47am On Feb 26, 2016 |
memphis was immense last nite he has to start on sunday.
i hope he can do the same thing to epl level defenders. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by elampiro(m): 9:54am On Feb 26, 2016 |
weedtaker:I read it's hamstring. If true, it's usually three weeks. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by elampiro(m): 9:56am On Feb 26, 2016 |
olabode89:Varela played very well yesterday. But let's see him against an EPL team again. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by GBR1(m): 9:58am On Feb 26, 2016 |
SIRcumalot:Though it was against a poor team, that's the best individual performance I have seen in recent times by a United player and one could say we might not have won without him. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by elampiro(m): 9:59am On Feb 26, 2016 |
olabode89:Okay, good news. We have learnt not to risk playing after what happened to Valencia and Rooney. They kept on playing despite feeling pains. I think Jones did same thing. He was limping and the crew kept him on for another 15-20 mins. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by elampiro(m): 10:03am On Feb 26, 2016 |
GBR1:Exactly. 15 dribbles in one match. I have never seen such. He has learnt to go both ways with his dribbles which makes him less predictable. That was what Afrodoc suggested the last time. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by SIRcumalot: 10:09am On Feb 26, 2016 |
GBR1:you're not wrong my only fear is that team isnt on our level. them poke the beast with that over celebration for first leg. a repeat of that performance against bellerin and the whole gunners defence will do wonders for him. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by SIRcumalot: 10:14am On Feb 26, 2016 |
elampiro:am not against some few changes but sanchez and robben have been doing the samething for years and defence no sabi mark them. great dribblers we go pass you even if you guess the direction correctly. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by elampiro(m): 10:25am On Feb 26, 2016 |
SIRcumalot:If you keep going to one side, you won't get many clear dribbles. You will dribble but you will be shielded. Mephis had clear dribbles yesterday in the final third and inside the box. Nani is one player I know could deliver such when having a good season. I don't think Robben goes straight to one side every time. He has the ability to drive both ways at great speed despite using one foot, but his end result is of the highest quality if you allow him drive to his left in dangerous area. Just like Giggs, he was one leg, but he could zig zig both ways with great speed while delivering a perfect final pass. |

Memphis was fantastic yester-nite, a world class performance. That is the way a NO. 7 should play, last time I saw this type of performance 4rm a United player was when CR7 was still a Man U player. Brilliant performance. I hope he will replicate this performance in Premier league matches, we need him now and he needs to play like this continuously to be the Fans favorite. Youtube video of his performance below. That hocus spocus on 4:45 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qe-M21yf3tk |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by ReLaTE(m): 10:53am On Feb 26, 2016 |
Badosqi:Memphis has the talent, that much is obvious. LVG needs to give him game time and with all the injuries it seems a certainty. He should have never been benched mid-season. Players like him need game time to play through their bad patches - benching them just knocks their confidence, so when they do come on as a sub with 10-15 mins to go they play badly; add this to the fact that he's young and needs to settle in and adjust to the life style and the English play style, I feel he's been maltreated. Last season at PSV his performances were consistent and top-drawer. A little love and faith from your manager goes a long way, especially when you're young and vulnerable. |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by GBR1(m): 11:03am On Feb 26, 2016 |
raumdeuter:Sometimes you should slow down on this. The difference between England and Italy as of now is 3.6 coefficient points. Assuming Juve and Roma both go out now and without getting any point in return legs, Lazio alone will have to make up those 3.6 coefficient points. Italy started with 6 teams so Lazio need to get 22 points including bonuses. If they win every match from now on in Europa, including final, the max they get is 17. We are also assuming here that English teams get no point from here on which is not likely. So 4 spots for 2017-18 are secured for PL. PL teams though should really use this opportunity to capitalize so as to negate last season when Italy gained 5.5 coefficient points on England. Otherwise England may start slightly behind Italy next season which will determine 2018-19 spots. |

GBR1:Roma exit is certain... lazio can't win UEl, juventus dy stand with one leg... after the 3rd round Italy will know there fate ![]() |
| Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by GBR1(m): 11:15am On Feb 26, 2016 |
lordfalcao:True, and currently the EPL teams are underachieving but Italy is no competitor. |
