Moses was the one who wrote the ceremonial laws (over 600 of them). And in the ark of covenant, the two laws were kept separate. They are different.

LOL. You have actually left many of my questions unanswered. And the very big mistake you make is you think the 10 Commandments were first introduced on mount Sinai. Adam, in Eden, observed the Sabbath of GOD. All through the ages from Adam till now (including Abraham and Enoch), Holy men of GOD have kept the 10 commandments. Indeed, the law is Holy.
