RICHIEBOI1: It's probably because the the tray may disturb movements close to the emergency door.. Just that the sign didn't look nice... Please let us not take this thread serious as it just the paper that made it look like that.. Arik is a great airline and I have used it countless times. I LOVE ARIK AIR !! !!!!!!!! 61 Likes |

OP it's because of the emergency exits located behind the seats If those trays are in use and there's an emergency they could impede movement 21 Likes 1 Share |

Trays on seats close to the emergency exit are usually sealed to prevent obstructions in emergency situations. The seal quality is poor though. 4 Likes 1 Share |

You should have censored the safety card in the seat pockets if you didnt want us to know it is Arik. Lol But theres nothing unsafe about what they did. Its just not a good sight. I dont think it affects safety though 22 Likes 3 Shares |

Op Why are you trying to protect the airline by hiding it's identity instead of protecting your fellow Nigerians? This could potentially be dangerous 11 Likes |

Those trays are obviously faulty. For those saying it's because of the emergency door nonsense. Didn't the manufacturer consider that before designing it that way. Abi una think say na Innoson make the plane? 22 Likes 1 Share |
