Its all about individual preference. May be he thoght he is going to buy them their accesories. Groom's men add colour to the groom and make him feel loved. Friends can easily be drafted into that Without much stress.

In combining it for the bridal party, the bridesmaids will wear peach gown and carry purple bouquet...the chief bridesmaid will be on purple gown. The groomsmen are wearing black suits with black bow tie, then purple flower pinned to their suit. What do you think?

Why not cream colour gown for the chief bridesmaid and then everyone can use purple bouquet

You can use turquoise, because red will be too loud

pls I have a carton colour dress but don't know what colour of gel goes aside brown.

Like someone said, you can use turquoise blue, or something different but pairs well with your colours. E.g Canary yellow.
As for your maid of honour, depending on what you decide to use for your bridesmaids, she can wear a red dress.
