There some reported marriage between dwarf/short people who married tall partners. For example chinedu ikedize (aki) and wife. Many reported cases in Indian and China.

So marrying them is not a big case for some people. Some can marry them because of their money, characters and other good things.

chinedu ikedize is not a dwarf.
there is a difference between dwarf and pygmies and little persons. dwarfs are usually stocky with disproportionate body part sizes, funny shape and big head. AKI is not a dwarf because he is not stocky ,deformed neither does he have disproportionate body size . i may be wrong tho. so i stand to be corrected.
