I am using an injoo fire nd right now the battery is swollen no longer usable. I've tried by all means to get their battery i've called their customer care many times they just keep all telling me to call back next week when I call they say next 2 weeks and that's how I've been continually posted up till now. I've searched ring road (I stay in benin) couldn't find d battery or equivalent. Pls is there anyway possible I can find d battery to buy ASAP? Or even a replacement..pls pm me. Right now am just so frustrated with d phone.

I checked ring road and new Benin yesterday, the same old story. I even met some two persons at ring road with the same battery swollen issue.
If God can save me from this nonsense, I promise never to buy any innjoo product again! foolish things, they know that their products are scarce in the market, yet still, they made designs that would be hard to get. even Itel products are more common than theirs.

The only trick I use to browse on the phone is to connect it to my PC with the swollen battery on. That way, I can play games or browse with it without any problems.

For now Innjoo don't have accessories and is not a good thing. When Infinix and Tecno blazing the trail in Accessories availability . Innjoo need to sit tight and do something worthwhile

Ouch....same thing happened to moi...guess what i sold the damn thing....alternative?....u can just get a Strong Nokia ba3....pack it well with paper....and manage ur thing...

facing the exact same problem, was about opening a thread when I saw this one ..... they've been post poning me the exact same way, I it's crazy how a manufacturer won't have their battery. and I badly need to retrieve some very important documents I live in port Harcourt, pleasee who has a solution please help out

one guy at ring road told me to bring 3k...and he wud form ba3 for me. d only option i have now. dont even know if it would last.

I'm currently using Nokia 1110 battery for now. It lasts, at least for the purpose it's meant to serve. The only problem I have is the back cover not closing and the lot of paper packing :-)

I got the same issue here o. My innjoo fire battery got swollen and couldn't store charges anymore. I trashed it when it became worse. I have searched high and low for the battery or alternative (tecno, Samsung or infinix) but couldn't find a fitting one. In fact, I'm fed up. I'm currently managing a Nokia battery but it drains so fast.

The only thing U can do is to get a fairly used battery for and 1.2k. U can buy 3 self. I think with that, U got no worries.

Facing the same battery problem with my innjoo fire plus.. .. If God help me, i will never buy an innjoo product again!

AliExpress has all the different Innjoo batteries. I have the original Innjoo Fire and my battery is an Innjoo BF1. If you search for "Innjoo BF1" on Aliexpress you will find it. Check the code on your original battery to make sure it is the same. It cost me US$11 including shipping
