I feel some pain in my stomach (like burning) and So, I fart more when I sit. I release foul smelling gas whether I eat or starve.
My breath (exhaled gases) itches people around me and anywhere the air passes the gas people cough a lot even some people in my neighborhood were speculating that I want do money ritual (mo fe gba asiki ni).
I can't type all I have gone through over this problem here.
I didn't even know whether i pass gas or not but people around me feel uncomfortable but when they come closer to confirm that the gases is coming from me they would feel nothing

bros, dats why I said I can't type all I hav gone through here because I 've gone to three hospital but they can't prognosis and d issue can be describe like passing gas frm my body which itches pple nd makes them cough, when I'm going anywhere pple will be looking at me frm distance when getting closer they would bend there head nd when they move very closer to me they would feel nothing

Get to a teaching/tertiary hospital to get ur self checked out. Might not say u should go to a private coz u might not get the multi-specialist service u will get when u go to a tertiary center in a private hospital.
