Can anyone recommend cheap way to register for GRE in this dollar crisis. A tutorial centre says 50k but I heard most of them register with fake card n my result will be withheld. Anyone who has a credibly cheap way to reply n recommend for me pls. |

Mayflowa: its a "car pull" not taxi cab service similar but different, especially if you have big cities around your area. some guy charge 60 bucks to and fro a 100 miles trip from school. its a profitable venture |

Please my brothers, I need you guys assistance. I intend starting a travel application. I am though a graduate of History and International relations in Delta State university 2013, there is no hope of getting a good job here in Nigeria based on conne!!! I however told my parents abt my desire to study abroad which they agreed on. the following options where given: 1. Either I do my masters 2. Travel as a means of hustle. I however, choose USA and the UK as my intended destinations. I was suggested to use an agent to help me but I read sometime ago in Nairaland that most of these agents are scam and its better to start my application myself but I am confused. I dont know where I should start from: So I am begging you guys to pls help me, I a may be asking too much but pls help me with d LIST of cheapest schools I can apply for IN the USA, estimates of the amount I need to have to start my application, tuition fees, house, food etc, of what should be put into considerations b4 applying. so I can tell my parents. Will also ask in UK forum to know which will be best to chose from thanks. P 2 Likes |

mali46: Lol I have just one thing to say to you: If you really don't want to put your Parents' money to waste, by all means stay away from the UK. Opt for Canada instead. Good luck! 1 Like |

christobam01:Contact the people you wanna pay, let them know your experience. They could ask you to send a scanned copy of your debit card (front and back) plus scanned copy of your intl passport. Goodluck Also pls make sure you have enough balance on your debit card to carry out the transaction |

stolid:Yep. 4 applications, 2 admits and 2 pending decisions. Would have announced it to the house but an acceptance with no funding is not thrilling enough for me. If funding dey for Alaska (the lost continent ), forget am, I go shook head. Waiting to hear from the graduate cord. I believe you applied for environmental at TAMUK too, right? How we go do this funding ish? My stats are just average but that SOP (I actually enjoy reading my own SOP) is the unsung hero that peeps on this thread fail to really acknowledge. @mekurexx @dicapino @akin3102 1 Like |

pcbo:Fantastic! To be clear, so, with my study of a STEM course, I automatically get a 3-year visa extension without hassles, or do I have to secure a placement for on-the-job skills training before I can receive the visa? Also, as specified, is this visa extension going to be for the sake of the OPT programme only, or I am @ liberty to search for a full-time job and then have my employer file for an H1B during this period? |
Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 8 by biikeys(m): 1:47am On Mar 10, 2016 |
lobito007: You need to secure a job first...then you can have up to three chances get your H1B visa while on OPT. |

Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 8 by bbdd: 4:39am On Mar 10, 2016 |
lobito007: For where. LOL 1. You must get a willing employer to file for you (Extremely hard these days) 2.. If you get an employer, then you enter the H1B lottery. You qualify if you're one of those picked during the lottery. 3. If you're not selected for the first round, you can try again the next year. That's why the extension is good. |

Yeah a good SOP will work wonders for you!. And a good SOP i such that when you yourself read it, it will motivate you and give you confidence for whatever application you are using it for, not bothered about the competition but believing in what you put down!. Also GRE scores are pivotal for funding, but for some schools, their funding (GA) is cover letter, sop & unofficical transcripts etc AgreatMan: |
