Black South African engineers tend to get hired by large industrial companies en mass. These companies can afford to have hundreds of bursaries. In a final year Chemical Engineering class at Wits University of about 100, you might find 25 of them have bursaries from Sasol and 20 from Eskom etc etc. So you mainy find black engineers in heavy industry. A much smaller company like Paramount cant afford bursaries and will look for the most experience people it can find, to lower risks. It will hence hire a 40 year old white technician over a 22 year old black engineer with BsC. That being said i know of a number of black engineers at Paramount.

yes you are right bro. Even the people selling pure water makes more than that amout after selling 10 bags and above not to talk of tailors, barber, mechanics, carpenters and others who makes far above that amount daily. For labourers am sure they charge about N3500 to N4000+ daily depending on the area they are working.
